ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัยของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัยของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี 2) ระดับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัยของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี และ 3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัยของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 446 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัยของนิสิตอยู่ในระดับดี 2) ระดับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัยของนิสิตในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าปัจจัยที่อยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ความต้องการและแรงจูงใจในการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัย ความตระหนักในการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัย ทัศนคติการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัย และค่านิยมและวิถีชีวิตการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัย และ 3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัยประกอบด้วย ทัศนคติการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัย (X2) ความตระหนักในการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัย (X5) การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเรื่องอาหารปลอดภัย (X1) และความต้องการและแรงจูงใจในการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัย (X4) สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารปลอดภัยของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน (Y) ได้ร้อยละ 53.3 สามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบได้ดังนี้

ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the safety food consumption behavior of undergraduate students; 2) the level of factors related to safety food consumption behavior of undergraduate students; and 3) the factors related to safety food consumption behavior of undergraduate students. The sample consisted of 446 undergraduate students studying in year 1 to 4 of Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus in academic year 2020 by stratified random sampling. The research instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The result revealed that: 1) the safety food consumption behavior of undergraduate students was at a good level; 2) the factor related safety food consumption behavior of undergraduate students was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, the factor with a high level, in the descending order, were needs and motive of safety food consumption, awareness of safety food consumption, attitude for safety food consumption, and value and lifestyle of safety food consumption; and 3) regarding factors related to safety food consumption behavior were attitude for safety food consumption (X2), awareness of safety food consumption (X5), perception of safety food information (X1), and needs and motive of safety food consumption (X4). These four aspects could predict the safety food consumption behavior of undergraduate students (Y) at the percentage of 53.3. The equation could be written as follows:
