การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร 2) ศึกษาระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู และ 3) วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 361 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. พฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ผู้บริหารและครูร่วมกันตัดสินใจ ผู้บริหารตัดสินใจเองแต่เปิดโอกาสให้ครูซักถามได้ ผู้บริหารตัดสินใจเองโดยอาศัยข้อมูลที่ได้จากครูมาประกอบในการพิจารณาตัดสินใจ ผู้บริหารให้ครูเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจเอง และผู้บริหารตัดสินใจเองแล้วแจ้งให้ครูทราบหรือนำไปปฏิบัติ
2. การทำงานเป็นทีมของครู อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับ ค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ความไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน การร่วมมือและมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงาน บทบาทที่สมดุล การมีวัตถุประสงค์เป้าหมายเดียวกัน และการติดต่อสื่อสารที่ดี
3. พฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูร่วมกันตัดสินใจ ผู้บริหารให้ครูเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจเอง และผู้บริหารตัดสินใจเองแต่เปิดโอกาสให้ครูซักถามได้ เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 29.30 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of decision making behavior of the administrators; 2) study the level of personnel’s team work of teachers; and 3) analyze decision making behavior of the administrators affecting personnel’s team work of teachers. The research samples, derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by school sizes, were 361 administrators and teachers in government schools under the Jurisdiction of Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. The decision making behavior of the administrators was at a high level both overall and in specific aspects. They were, in the descending order, co-decision making between the administrators and the teachers, the administrators sole decision making and giving teachers a chance to question, the administrator’ sole decision making prior to requesting the subordinates’ opinions and solution to the problem as a source of decision making, the administrators allowing the subordinates to make decision, and the administrators’ sole decision making.
2. The personnel’s team work of teachers was at a high level both overall and in specific aspects. They were, in the descending order, human relations, trust, co-operation and performance participation, balanced roles, clear objectives and agreed goals, and effective communication.
3. The decision making behavior of the administrators in the aspects of co-decision making between the administrators and the teachers, the administrators allowing the subordinates to make decision, and the administrators’ sole decision making and giving teachers a chance to question together predicted the personnel’s team work of teachers at the percentage of 29.30 with statistical significance at .01.
