สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับสมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน และ 3) สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 จำนวน 317 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน
2. การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน อยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน
3. สมรรถนะของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ และด้านหลักสูตร การสอน การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนโดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 63.40 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to study: 1) the level of competency of professional school administrators; 2) the level of learning organization of schools; and 3) competency of professional school administrators affecting learning organization in schools. The research sample, derived by proportional stratified random sampling, was 317 administrators and teachers of schools under the Jurisdiction of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the competency of professional school administrators was at a high level.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, the learning organization was at a high level.
3. Competency of professional school administrators in the aspects of educational quality assurance; professional development; and curriculum, instruction, measurement and evaluation of learning achievement together predicted the learning organization in schools at the percentage of 63.40 with statistical significance at .05.
