สมรรถนะการบริหารหลักสูตร และการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับสมรรถนะการบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา และ 3) สมรรถนะการบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม จำนวน 260 คน ได้มาโดยการสุมแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สมรรถนะการบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน
2. ประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน
3. สมรรถนะการบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ด้านการใช้และพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมเทโนโลยี เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการสร้างและพัฒนาหลักสูตร เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 59.80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to study: 1) level of teachers’ competency in curriculum and learning management in educational institutions; 2) level of educational institutions effectiveness; and 3) the teachers’ competency in curriculum and learning management affecting educational institution effectiveness. The research sample, derived by proportional stratified random sampling, was 260 teachers of educational institutions under the Jurisdiction of Samut Songkhram Primary Educational Service Area. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the teachers’ competency in curriculum and learning management in educational institutions was at a high level.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, the educational institution effectiveness was at a high level.
3. The teachers’ competency in curriculum and learning management in the aspects of child-centered learning management, learning assessment and evaluation, innovation application and development for learning management, and curriculum constructing and development together predicted the educational institution effectiveness at the percentage of 59.80 with statistical significance at .05.
