การประเมินโครงการธนาคารความดีโรงเรียนวัดปทุมวนาราม อำเภออู่ทอง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การประเมินครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินความสอดคล้องในด้านบริบท (context) ของโครงการธนาคารความดี 2) ประเมินความพร้อมในด้านปัจจัย (input) หรือทรัพยากรของโครงการธนาคารความดี 3) ประเมินกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน (process) ของโครงการธนาคารความดี และ 4) ประเมินผลผลิต (product) ของโครงการธนาคารความดีประชากรที่ใช้ในการประเมิน ได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียน วัดปทุมวนาราม รวมจำนวน 114 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมิน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้ประเมินสร้างขึ้น รวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างภาคเรียนทที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการประเมินพบว่า
1. ความสอดคล้องในด้านบริบทของโครงการธนาคารความดีทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความสอดคล้องอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
2. ความพร้อมในด้านปัจจัยหรือทรัพยากรของโครงการธนาคารความดีในภาพรวมมี ความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
3. กระบวนการปฏิบัติของโครงการธนาคารความดีโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
4. ผลการประเมินผลผลิตของโครงการธนาคารความดีความพึงพอใจของครูและ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ผู้ปกครองและกรรมการสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อนักเรียน โดยรวมมีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this study were to evaluate: 1) the contextual congruence; 2) the availability of inputs or the resources; 3) the operational processes; and 4) the product of the goodness bank project. The population of the evaluation was teachers, educational personnel, school committee and guardians of students at Wat Pathum Wanaram School, totaling 114 respondents. The evaluation instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The research was conducted during the second semester of the academic year 2013. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the contextual congruence of the project was at the highest level.
2. The availability of inputs or resources was overall at the highest level.
3. The operational process as a whole was considered at the highest level.
4. Regarding the product of the project, the satisfaction of teachers, educational personnel, school committee and guardians toward the students was overall at the highest level.
