การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและประเมินผลบทเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่อง ส้มโอ พืชเศรษฐกิจชุมชน อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม และ 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้บทเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ จิตวิทยาศาสตร์ และความพึงพอใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 37 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบ แบบวัดจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ และแบบสอบถามความพงพอใจ สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ผลพัฒนาบทเรียนและประเมินบทเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ท้องถิ่น เรื่อง ส้มโอพืชเศรษฐกิจ พบว่า มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 แสดงว่า บทเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นที่สร้างขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกันทุกองค์ประกอบ
2. ผลการใช้บทเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่อง ส้มโอพืชเศรษฐกิจชุมชน อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม พบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนการเรียนโดยใช้บทเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ผลการศึกษาจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนหลังจากใช้บทเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์พบว่า นักเรียนมีจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ในระดับมาก และมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to: 1) develop and evaluate a local science lesson on “Pomelo, the Economic Plant of Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province”; and 2) study implementing results of the developed local science lesson in the aspects of learning achievement, scientific mind and satisfaction. The research sample was 37 students of grade 5, derived by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were an achievement test, a scientific mind test and a satisfaction questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.
The research findings revealed that:
1. The results of the development and evaluation of the local science lesson on “Pomelo, the Economic Plant of Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province” showed the IOC between 0.67-1.00, which indicated that all elements of the developed local science lesson were congruent;
2. According to the implementing results of the lesson, the students’ learning achievement after learning with the local science lesson was higher than that of before with the statistical significance of .01 level. Moreover, the students’ scientific mind after implementing the local science lesson was at a high level as well as the student’s satisfaction was at a high level.
