บทคัดย่อ
หนังสือพฤติกรรมองค์การเล่มนี้แต่งโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิติพล ภูตะโชค เป็นการจัดพิมพ์ครั้งที่ 2 ในปี พ.ศ. 2557 จัดพิมพ์โดยสำนักพิมพ์แห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เนื้อหาในหนังสือประกอบด้วย 15 บท ได้แก่ บทที่ 1 ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมองค์การ บทที่ 2 ทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมองค์การ บทที่ 3 พื้นฐาน ความแตกต่างส่วนบุคคล บทที่ 4 ทัศนคติ บทที่ 5 การรับรู้ บทที่ 6 การเรียนรู้ บทที่ 7 ค่านิยม บทที่ 8 บุคลิกภาพ บทที่ 9 วัฒนธรรมองค์การ บทที่ 10 กลุ่มในองค์การ บทที่ 11 ความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน บทที่ 12 การจูงใจ บทที่ 13 ข่าวสารและการติดต่อสื่อสาร บทที่ 14 ภาวะผู้นำ และบทที่ 15 ความขัดแย้ง ในหนังสือเล่มนี้ผู้แต่งได้รวบรวมความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมองค์การได้อย่างครบถ้วน โดยมีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมองค์การ เพื่อให้ผู้อ่านสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้แต่งสามารถนำเสนอเนื้อหาที่อ่านเข้าใจง่าย มีตัวอย่าง ประกอบคำอธิบายชัดเจน ในแต่ละบทจะมีบทสรุปเพื่อให้เข้าใจเนื้อหาได้ดียิ่งขึ้น และทุกบทจะมีคำถามท้ายบทเพื่อให้ผู้อ่านทบทวนความเข้าใจของตนเอง ดังนั้นหนังสือเล่มนี้จึงเหมาะสำหรับนิสิต นักศึกษา และอาจารย์เพื่อใช้ประกอบการเรียนการสอน รวมทั้งผู้ทำงานในหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ และผู้ที่สนใจทั่วไป เพื่อให้เข้าใจถึงพฤติกรรมองค์การได้อย่างชัดเจน

ABSTRACT
The book of Organizational Behavior was written by Associate Professor Dr. Nitipon Putachote. It was the 2rd edition which was published in 2014 by Chulalongkorn University Press. The book consists of fifteen chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction to Organizational Behavior, Chapter 2 Organizational Behavior, Chapter 3 Foundations of Individual Differences, Chapter 4 Attitudes, Chapter 5 Perception, Chapter 6 Learning, Chapter 7 Values, Chapter 8 Personality, Chapter 9 Organizational Culture, Chapter 10 Organization Groups, Chapter 11 Work Satisfaction, Chapter 12 Motivation, Chapter 13 Information and Communication, Chapter 14 Leadership, and Chapter 15 Conflict. The authors completely compiled the introduction of organizational behavior. The subject matters related to organizational behavior theory, the readers can apply their knowledge for enhance their work performance. The author composes simply content and illustration. In each chapter, there is the summary in order to understand the content and practice questions for promoting the readers’ understanding. This book is suitable for undergraduate students and instructors using for their learning and teaching. Moreover, the book can be used for personnel in others organization and general interested person for understanding the organizational behavior clearly.
