การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) วิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จำนวน 308 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายตามจังหวัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน ประกอบด้วย คุณธรรมจริยธรรมภายใน การประมวลผลที่สมดุล สัมพันธภาพที่โปร่งใส และการตระหนักรู้ในคุณค่าของตนเอง
2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านผลลัพธ์ ด้านบรรยากาศ ด้านการตัดสินใจ และด้านทรัพยากร
3. ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การประมวลผลที่สมดุล การตระหนักรู้ในคุณค่าของตนเอง คุณธรรมจริยธรรมภายใน เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 80.30 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of authentic leadership of educational administrators; 2) identify the level of educational institutions’ effectiveness; and 3) analyze the authentic leadership affecting educational institutions’ effectiveness. The research sample, derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by province, was 308 government teachers of educational institutions under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the authentic leadership was at a high level. These aspects were internalized moral perspective, balanced processing, relational transparency, and self-awareness.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, the educational institutions’ effectiveness was at a high level. These aspects were curriculum, leadership, outcome, atmosphere, decision, and resources.
3. The authentic leadership of educational administrators in the aspects of balanced processing, self-awareness, and internalized moral perspective together predicted the educational institutions’ effectiveness at the percentage of 80.30 with statistical significance at .01.
