พฤติกรรมทางการเมืองที่มีอิทธิพลต่อรูปแบบและกิจกรรมของการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองของประชาชน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี 2) ระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อรูปแบบและกิจกรรมของการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองกับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อรูปแบบ และกิจกรรมของการมีส่วนร่วมทาง การเมืองของประชาชน 4) ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองที่มีอิทธิพลต่อรูปแบบและกิจกรรมของ การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ได้มาจากสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วนของอำเภอ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.911 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านค่านิยม รองลงมา คือ ด้านทัศนคติ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความเชื่อ
2. ระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีที่มีต่อรูปแบบ และกิจกรรมของการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นและการตัดสินใจ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการแสดงประชามติ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการเลือกตั้งตัวแทน
3. ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อรูปแบบและกิจกรรมของการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในระดับสูงมาก
4. ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองสามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อรูปแบบและกิจกรรมของการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองได้ร้อยละ 73.10 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และสมการการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณในรูปของคะแนนดิบ คือ Y = 1.245 + 0.241 บุคลิกภาพ + 0.267 ค่านิยม + 0.156 ทัศนคติ

ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of public opinion on factors determining political behaviours of population, 2) the level of public opinion towards the participation of political activities of people in Kanchanaburi Province, 3) the relationship between public opinion towards factors determining political behaviours and Kanbanburi Province people's opinions on the participation of political activities, and 4) the extent to which factors determining political behaviours influencing the public participation of political activities. The samples used in the study were 400 people in Kanchanaburi Province. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. The whole value of the conviction was 0.911. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis of multiple regression with significant statistical significance at .05.
The results of the study revealed that
1. the level of public opinion towards the factors determining political behaviours was at the highest level, when analyzing each factor, value was hightest, followed by attitude and believe.
2. it was that the level of opinion of people in Kanchanaburi Province on participation in political activities was at the high level, the highest mean score was the participation in decision making and decision making, followed by referendum and the representative election.
3. the opinions of people in Kanchanaburi Province on political behavior were positively correlated with opinions on the patterns and activities of political participation at a very high level.
4. the opinions of people in Kanchanaburi Province on political behavior can be explained. The variation of opinions on the forms and activities of political participation was 73.10% at the .05 level of significance and the multiple regression analysis equation in the form of raw scores was Y = 1,245 + 0.241 personality + 0.267 values + 0.156 attitude
