การเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของโอ่งมังกร ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของโอ่งมังกร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยใช้เครื่องมือแบบสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม ศึกษาในพื้นที่ ตำบลหน้าเมือง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี และมีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า การวิจัยพบว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงของภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นนั้นมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง แบ่งเป็น 3 ยุค คือ ยุคภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิม ยุคภูมิปัญญาใหม่ และยุคภูมิปัญญาสร้างสรรค์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของภูมิปัญญาในแต่ละยุคนั้น แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นมาของโอ่งมังกรซึ่งเป็นภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมของชุมชนที่เปลี่ยนบทบาทตามสภาพของสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ จากนั้นพัฒนาปรับปรุงมาเป็นงานเซรามิก เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีความทันสมัยจนสามารถเป็นสินค้าส่งออกไปต่างประเทศได้ระยะเวลาหนึ่ง และพัฒนามาเป็นงานศิลปะร่วมสมัยของชุมชน จากผู้นำด้านงานศิลปะ คนในชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมช่วยกันสร้างชุมชนให้เกิดเป็นเมืองสร้างสรรค์ในฐานะเมืองแห่งศิลปะ
จากทุนภูมิปัญญาทุนวัฒนธรรมของท้องถิ่นดั้งเดิม ส่งผลให้ชุมชนพัฒนาเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ด้วยงานศิลปะร่วมสมัย ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์และอัตลักษณ์ที่สะท้อนตัวตนของชุมชนได้อย่างชัดเจน อีกทั้งสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับชุมชนในระยะยาวด้วยภูมิปัญญาของชุมชนที่มีคุณค่า เพื่อสร้างประโยชน์ให้กันชุมชนต่อไปในอนาคต

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research was to study the changes in local wisdom of glazed water jars with dragon pattern, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province. The research instruments were an in-depth interview, participant observation, and field study at Na Mueang Sub-district, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province. Triangulation was used to validate the data. The results showed that the changes in local wisdom could be divided into three eras: traditional, new, and creative eras. The changes in local wisdom in each era reflected the background of glazed water jars with dragon pattern. This dragon earthenware is traditional wisdom of the community that has changed to meet socio-economic conditions, leading to the development into modern ceramic works qualified as an export product. Additionally, ceramics were developed into community contemporary arts by art leaders. Local people jointly created community to be the Creative Land of Arts.
Through intellectual and cultural capital of local community, the community has developed into a creative tourism city with contemporary art and promoted the local image and identity that explicitly reflect the identity of the community. Besides, sustainable community development can be achieved with the valued local wisdom for community benefits in the future.
