ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนราชินีบูรณะ จังหวัดนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน 2) ระดับความพึงพอใจและความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนราชินีบูรณะ จังหวัดนครปฐม ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนราชินีบูรณะ จังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 3,019 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 362 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบใช้โควต้า เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.93 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลมิมิค
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนราชินีบูรณะ จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมในด้านวิชาการ ด้านกิจการนักเรียน และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ความพึงพอใจและความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการจัดการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากและมากที่สุด ตามลำดับ และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในทางบวก ได้แก่ ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายเท่ากับ 0.22 และในทางลบ ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจในการจัดการศึกษา มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายเท่ากับ -0.41 (Chi-Square = 2.59, df = 6, p-value = 0.86, NNFI = 1.00, SRMR = 0.01)

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the level of guardian participation; 2) the level of guardians’ satisfaction and expectation; and 3) the relationship between factors affecting guardian participation in educational management of Rachineeburana School, Nakhon Pathom Province. The research populations were 3,019 student guardians in the first semester of academic year 2019 at Rachineeburana School, Nakhon Pathom Province. The research sample was 362 guardians selected by the quota sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with the reliability coefficient of 0.93. The data were analyzed with arithmetic mean, standard deviation and MIMIC model.
The results of this research revealed that: 1) overall, the guardian participation in educational management of Rachineeburana school, Nakhon Pathom Province was at a high level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that the participation in academic affairs, student affairs, and relationship with communities was at a high level, while the participation in general management was at a moderate level. 2) The guardians’ satisfaction and expectation in educational management of was at a high and highest level respectively. 3) The factors affecting guardian participation in educational management of Rachineeburana school, Nakhon Pathom Province with the .05 statistical significance were the guardians’ expectation with 0.22 coefficient of determination, and the satisfaction towards educational management with –0.41 coefficient of determination (Chi-Square = 2.59, df = 6, p-value = 0.86, NNFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00, SRMR = 0.01).
