การปรับตัวของชุมชนเกาะศาลเจ้าภายใต้ศาสตร์พระราชา รัชกาลที่ 9 เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนในมิติวัฒนธรรม

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้เป็นการศึกษาเรื่องการปรับตัวของชุมชนเกาะศาลเจ้า ตลิ่งชัน กรุงเทพมหานคร จากชุมชนชาวสวนย่านฝั่งธนบุรีที่ถูกรุกล้ำที่ดินโดยรอบจากนายทุนเพื่อนำไปสร้างบ้านจัดสรร โดยคนในชุมชนพยายามรักษาที่ดินของตนเองไว้และปรับตัวเพื่อความอยู่รอด มีการพัฒนาชุมชนให้เป็นที่รู้จักแก่คนภายนอก จนกระทั่งกลายเป็นชุมชนเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวที่มีศักยภาพด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน โดยมีการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชา รัชกาลที่ 9 มาใช้เพื่อพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนและเป็นรูปธรรม ทั้งนี้ชุมชนเองมีความโดดเด่นเรื่องศิลปวัฒนธรรมในท้องถิ่นเป็นทุนเดิม ผู้เขียนจึงมุ่งเน้นศึกษาการปรับตัวของชุมชนภายใต้มุมมองของมิติทางวัฒนธรรม เพื่อทำความเข้าใจการพัฒนาชุมชนได้รอบด้านมากขึ้น จากการศึกษาตามหลักการของการจัดการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนตามรอยศาสตร์พระราชา รัชกาลที่ 9 พบว่า การปรับตัวของชุมชนแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะการศึกษาข้อมูลและกำหนดทิศทางของชุมชน ระยะการวางแผนเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน และระยะการเปิดตัวสู่สาธารณะ หลังจากทำการศึกษาแล้วมีข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนควรได้รับการส่งเสริมพัฒนาให้ออกมาในรูปแบบของกิจกรรมเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวที่เหมาะสม จะเพิ่มความน่าสนใจทางการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนในมิติวัฒนธรรมเพิ่มขึ้น

ABSTRACT
This academic article studied the adaptation of Koh San Chao Community, Taling Chan District, Bangkok Metropolis. This community previously was a group of orchard farmers in Thonburi area whose land was invaded by the capitalists to construct housing projects. Local people attempted to maintain their own land and adapted themselves for living. The community was developed to be known by outside people until it became a tourism community with local art and culture potential. It also induced King Rama IX’s Philosophy for community development in sustainable and concrete manner. The community is originally unique in its local arts and culture. The author thus focused on studying the adaptation of the community in the cultural dimension in order to understand the community development in more aspects. According to the study of community-based tourism management principle based on King Rama IX’s Philosophy, it showed that the community adaptation was divided into three phases: information study and community direction formulation, planning for community development, and public release. After the study, it was suggested that the community art and culture should be enhanced and developed in the form of appropriate tourism activities to increase attractiveness in cultural dimension of community-based tourism.
