การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษา และ 3) ทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 334 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน กระจายตามอำเภอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านประกอบด้วย ทักษะด้านกระบวนการกลุ่ม ทักษะด้านการเป็นผู้นำ ทักษะด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ทักษะด้านการประเมินผล ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ตามลำดับ
2. การส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านประกอบด้วย ด้านการส่งเสริมให้ครูนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน ด้านการส่งเสริมให้ความรู้ครูผู้ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงานของครูผู้ทำการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ด้านการยกย่องเชิดชูครูผู้ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และด้านการส่งเสริมให้ครูทำการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ตามลำดับ
3. ทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ทักษะด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ทักษะด้านกระบวนการกลุ่ม ทักษะด้านการประเมินผล เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษา โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 59.60 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to study: 1) the level of administrators’ supervisory skills; 2) the level of classroom research promotion; and 3) administrators’ supervisory skills affecting classroom research promotion of teachers in educational institutions. The research sample, derived by proportional stratified random sampling which distributed by district, was 334 administrators and teachers in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the administrators’ supervisory skill was at a high level. They were group process skills, leadership skills, personnel administration skills, evaluation skills, and human relations skills, respectively.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, classroom research promotion was at a high level. They were the aspect of promoting the employment of classroom research results in teaching and learning development; providing teachers’ knowledge in doing classroom researches, enhancing professional advancement of teachers; honoring teachers who conducted classroom research, and encouraging teachers to do classroom researches, respectively.
3. The administrators’ supervisory skills in the aspects of personnel administration skills, group process skills and evaluation skills together predicted promoting teacher classroom research in educational institutions at the percentage of 59.60 with statistical significance at .01.
