การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา และ 3) วิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษาที่เป็นโรงเรียนของรัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 310 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ ด้านการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศทางวิชาการ และด้านการนิเทศ
2. ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา อยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร งานด้านการนิเทศการสอน งานด้านพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลและประเมินผล
3. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การบริหารจัดการ การวางแผนงานวิชาการ การส่งเสริมบรรยากาศทางวิชาการ และการนิเทศส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 85 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of academic leadership of administrators in educational institutions; 2) study the level of the academic management in educational institutions; and 3) analyze academic leadership of administrators affecting academic management. The research samples, derived by proportional stratified random sampling distributed by school size, were 310 administrators and teachers in schools under the Jurisdiction of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the academic leadership of administrators in educational institutions was at the high positive level. They were ranked from the highest to the lowest as follows; school management, academic planning, academic atmosphere promoting and supervision.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, the academic management in educational institutions was at the high positive level. They were ranked from the highest to the lowest as follows; curriculum management, teaching supervision, media innovation and educational technology development, instructional management, measurement and evaluation.
3. The administrators' academic leadership in the aspects of school management, academic planning, academic atmosphere promoting and supervision together predicted academic administration at the percentage of 85 with statistical significance at .01.
