บทวิจารณ์หนังสือ: การโค้ชเพื่อการรู้คิด

บทคัดย่อ
หนังสือเรื่อง การโค้ชเพื่อการรู้คิด (Cognitive Coaching) เล่มนี้แต่งโดยผู้เขียน รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิชัย วงษ์ใหญ่ และอาจารย์ ดร.มารุต พัฒผล เป็นการจัดพิมพ์ครั้งที่ 3 ปี พ.ศ. 2557 จัดพิมพ์โดยจรัลสนิทวงศ์การพิมพ์ จำกัด เนื้อหาในหนังสือประกอบด้วย 11 หัวข้อ ได้แก่ หัวข้อที่ 1 แนวคิดหลักการโค้ชเพื่อการรู้คิด หัวข้อที่ 2 Soft Skills และ Hard Skills ของการโค้ช เพื่อการรู้คิด หัวข้อที่ 3 กลไกของการโค้ช หัวข้อที่ 4 กระบวนการโค้ช หัวข้อที่ 5 ธรรมชาติของผู้เรียนที่ผู้โค้ชควรรู้ หัวข้อที่ 6 การให้ข้อมูลที่กระตุ้นการเรียนรู้หัวข้อที่ 7 การสื่อสารทางบวก หัวข้อที่ 8 คำถามที่ทรงพลัง หัวข้อที่ 9 การสะท้อนคิด หัวข้อที่ 10 การเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่จากการใส่ใจของผู้โค้ช หัวข้อที่ 11 การประเมินที่เสริมพลัง ในหนังสือเล่มนี้ผู้แต่งได้รวบรวมเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการโค้ช เพื่อการรู้คิด โดยเฉพาะและยกตัวอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงทางการศึกษาได้อย่างเหมาะสม

ABSTRACT
The book of cognitive coaching was written by Associate Professor Dr. Wichai Wongyai and Marut Patphol. It was the 3rd edition which was published in 2014 by Charansanitwong Printing Co., Ltd. The book consists of eleven topics: Topics 1 Concept of cognitive coaching; Topic 2 Soft Skills and Hard Skills of cognitive coaching; Topic 3 Coaching strategies; Topic 4 Coaching process; Topic 5 Coaching approaches and learning style; Topic 6 Information for learning motivation. Topic 7 Positive communication; Topic 8 Power of question; Topic 9 Reflective; Topic 10 New era of learning from Coach’s willingness; Topic 11 Empowerment Assessment. The authors particularly compiled the cognitive coaching and appropriately cited examples related to educational coaching.
