การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และ 3) วิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนของรัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 306 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายตามอำเภอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ที่สร้างขึ้น โดยผู้วิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการถดถอย พหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ การส่งเสริมบรรยากาศทางวิชาการ การวางแผน การจัดการ และ การนิเทศ
2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมาก ไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านครู ด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านกระบวนการบริหาร และด้านผู้บริหาร
3. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การส่งเสริมบรรยากาศ ทางวิชาการ การจัดการ และการวางแผนเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยสามารถ ร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 82.60 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
ABSTRACT
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of administrators’ academic leadership; 2) identify the level of school effectiveness; and 3) analyze administrators’ academic leadership affecting school effectiveness. The research sample, derived by proportional stratified random sampling distributed by district, was 306 teachers of public schools under Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the administrators’ academic leadership was at a high level. These aspects, ranked from the highest to the lowest, were as follows: academic climate promotion, planning, management, and supervision.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, the school effectiveness was at a high level. These aspects, ranked from the highest to the lowest, were as follows: teachers, learning process, administration process and administrators.
3. The administrators’ academic leadership in the aspects of academic climate promotion, management, and planning together predicted the school effectiveness at the percentage of 82.60 with statistical significance at .01.
